We run 3 sessions 7 days per week with our matinee session starting at 12:45pm, our loonie session at 4:00pm and our evening session at 6:45pm.
From Wednesday to Saturday we also run a late session that starts at 10:00pm.
Our taptix side is open from 11:00am until 10:00pm on Monday and Tuesday, from 11:00 am until 12:00 am Wednesday to Friday, from 10:00 am until 12:00 am on Saturdays and from 10:00am until 10:00pm on Sundays.
Saturday and Sunday mornings we run a breakfast bingo that starts at 9:45am.

The Timmins Learning Centre provides free reading, writing, math and computer instructions. We help adults improve their skills for work, further educations or independence.
Children’s Programs: (Our children’s programs rely on individual and community donations)
Homework Club: This bilingual program is designed for children in Grades 1 to 8 who have difficulty with reading, writing or math. It offers services to English, Friend and Immersion students. They are provided with one hour of private tutoring per week. Unique lessons using innovative resources and teaching practices with a inclusive and friendly atmosphere.
A+ Book Club: This program is geared to children in Senior Kindergarten to Grade 3, who are struggling with reading and are able to work in small groups. The A+ Book club is offered in French and English
The Timmins Museum: National Exhibition Centre has been delivering heritage and cultural services to the residents of Timmins for forty years. We preserve, present and promote the history, arts, culture and science of the Timmins area, Northeastern Ontario and Canada. We are able to meet these ideals through the presentation of exhibitions, the delivery of educational and public programmes, the active collection of artifacts and archival materials, the conservation of educational, exhibit and research collections, and the promotion of our unique mining and cultural heritage.
Founded in 1921 and first opening its doors to the public in 1924, the Timmins Public Library has been serving the community over 90 years. The library has several thousand books, magazines, audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs in both English and French that can be borrowed by members of all ages. The downtown branch has 30 public access computers, subscriptions to online databases for research, a microfilm archive of The Porcupine Advance (1912-1950) and The Daily Press (1933-Present), free wi-fi, study space, scanner access, and a 3D printer. Programs and activities are offered throughout the year from infants through to seniors. Membership is free to all residents, students, and employees working in Timmins, Schumacher, South Porcupine, Porcupine, and Connaught, and available for a small annual fee to those residing outside the area. Additional services provided include free interlibrary loan of titles from any public or academic library in Ontario, collections of e-books and audiobooks downloadable from home, outreach delivery of books to retirement homes and residences of individuals unable to come into the library, basic computer training, access through a CNIB partnership to alternative format books, and research assistance through the Reference Department. For a small fee, the library also offers printing/photocopying in B&W and colour, and faxing.
Timmins Transit is a service operated by the City of Timmins. We provide a family of transportation services within the urban service area of the City seven days a week. We operate a fleet of over 25 buses, low floor buses, and accessible mini-buses.
Timmins Handy Transit provides accessible, door-to-door transit service for persons who cannot use regular transit.
