We are Canada’s leader in the implementation of emerging architectural technologies, specifically leveraging 3D virtual design tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) while developing design and construction documentation for clients. Our unique, interactive and collaborative project development process, the L360 ARCHITECTURE PROCESS (L360 AP), leverages live 3D virtual modeling as a means of project development and will provide the Client the unprecedented experience to participate in and witness their project(s) being designed in live virtual 3D model form while continuously implementing all requirements into the design process.
Simply stated, L360 designs and constructs our buildings in the virtual world to first resolve all spatial relationships of the program requirements, and then to pro-actively flesh out all conflicts between building systems before the project is ever provided to the General Contractors to build in the real world. As a result our projects are known to be constructed without delays caused by coordination errors and have proven to limit additional costs associated with client requested changes.
L360 ARCHITECTURE prides ourselves in the growing reputation amongst our clientele based upon our ability to provide clear and concise design and construction documentation, resulting in a cost controlled building.
L360 ARCHITECTURE is a member of the Canadian Green Building Council.
N. Lacroix Plumbing and Heating is a reliable and memorable company to do business with because it’s not the scope of products and services it provides, it’s how they provide them. With a well educated and knowledgeable staff, Lacroix consistently delivers on its 60 year old tradition of understanding just what the customer needs, then giving it to them with undeviating quality workmanship in a timely fashion. Lacroix mostly services the commercial business sector, but we remain true to our industrial roots and happily cater to residential homeowners and their household plumbing and heating needs.
If you’re a homeowner, don’t be intimidated by Lacroix’s association with industrial and commercial sectors. We service residential accounts all the time. After all, the founder of the company, Noel Lacroix, lives in a house too. He knows what comes up.
N. Lacroix plumbing and heating has branched out into sheet metal fabrication to provide for new construction heating and cooling and to replace old existing ducts and any other custom sheet metal needs. With Lacroix’s strong HVAC engineering background, they can design and build your heating and cooling system to exact specifications.
N. Lacroix is also your design and build specialists. Their team of engineers work with teams of contractors to bring about solid, reliable structures that maintain their climate control integrity. Lacroix’s design work is amplified by the recent acquisition of a computerized plasma cutter for fabricating duct work. Measurements are exact and manufacturing specs are perfect every time.
The attention to detail is a major, key factor in the success of every project that N. Lacroix handles. Peter Lacroix often mentions that, “The way I ask the guys to work is that everything has to be a showpiece when it’s finished. All the guys that work for me, they all have pride in their work and they know I expect the best.”

Timmins’ longest established funeral home has been serving the community for over 90 years. In 1923, Samuel T. Walker founded what is today Maison funéraire Lessard – Stephens Funeral Home, located at 21 Elm South.
In 1954, John Stephens began his employment at the S.T. Walker Funeral Home. Upon Mr. Walker’s retirement in 1965, Mr. Stephens assumed ownership of S.T. Walker Funeral Home. In 1983, Stephens Funeral Home underwent extensive renovations that transformed its facilities to include larger visitation rooms and a coffee lounge.
Michel Lessard began his employment with Stephens Funeral Home in 1980. He graduated from Humber College in 1990, completing the Funeral Service Education Program. His dedication to his profession as a funeral director, as well as his keen sense of entrepreneurship, led him to become a business associate with Mr. Stephens for over a period of 5 years.
In 1999, Michel and Lynne Lessard acquired the Stephens-Lessard Funeral Home. Along with renaming the company to Maison funéraire Lessard – Stephens Funeral Home, Michel and Lynne persistently strive to improve every aspect of the business. Attentive to the needs of bereaved families, they recognize the importance of offering a comfortable and serene setting. They are continually upgrading their facilities.
The Lessards are pleased to offer two significant additions to the facilities. A spacious yet cozy reception centre, conveniently located just across the street from the funeral home is available to families who wish to gather for a luncheon. The private location of the funeral home’s Aftercare Services Coordinator is also situated in this renovated building.
